Objective

I like to surround myself with as many creative opportunistic people as possible, while continuing to learn from different design perspectives along the way. I will keep challenging myself to create new and innovative ideas through every project, using my skills in both architecture or interior design.

Work History 2011-2013

Martell-Donagher, LLC - Design Intern

Martell-Donagher is a New York City based interior and architectural design firm specializing in commercial, retail, and luxury residential design. My responsibilities consisted of working on design projects and presentations, creating proposals and purchase orders, drawing AutoCAD furniture plans, going to client sites, calling vendors, and making material selections. 

SVA 2012 Spring Show Interior Design Committee 

One of eight students selected from the School of Visual Arts Interior Design Department to put together our annual spring exhibition, showcasing the department’s work. This included task management, planning, and organizing skills.

Dawn Food Products, Inc. - Administrative Assistant 

Dawn is an international bakery supplier with working office environments that provide quality goods and services for every customers needs. Within the working office environment, this job included being a part of the distribution team to provide for the consumer. My responsibilities included using frequent computer skills, scanning and filing invoices.

Community Service & Activities

Girl Scouts of America 

Built courage, confidence, and character by helping out with local clothing and food drives, collecting and donating goods to those in need, maintaining local gardens, demonstrating emergency situations, first aid and survival skills, visiting local day care centers and nursing homes. Member of this youth volunteer program for 13 years.

Municipal Community Youth Alliance Member, Heroes & Cool Kids

A youth mentoring program teaching children how to prevent bullying, alcoholism and drug use.
